What we built.
An embedded Shopify app we built and operate for caveeg.com. COD confirmation fires the moment an order lands, cart recovery reconciles against real orders before it messages anyone, and tiered loyalty campaigns can send any approved Meta template through a guided wizard. Every send is classified, retried, and written to a delivery audit trail.
- COD confirmation auto-sends on order creation, normalising Egyptian local numbers to E.164.
- Cart recovery reconciles against real Shopify + COD orders, so a customer who already bought is never chased.
- Tiered loyalty campaigns with a template wizard that can send any approved template on the WABA.
- Sends are classified transient vs permanent — rate limits retry with adaptive pacing instead of being dropped.
- Delivery audit trail ties every message to its wamid, status, and order outcome.
- Arabic + English customer-service guides built into the dashboard.
